I can't find my measuring tape

But I wrapped a belt around my waist, marked it, and measured against a 10" ruler.

30.75-31"

I have two and a half weeks til show. Maybe, just maybe I can get to 30"?

Yesterday

I had two mozzarella sticks for breakfast, Diet Coke for lunch, and Rum & Diet Coke for dinner. Because I am a healthy, responsible adult.

Three and a half weeks til show?!

I did great last week on low carb Sunday through... Friday night. Totally went off the deep end, eating everything like mad, through Sunday night.

Today I am back on track. No scale, no measuring tape (haven't seen it since the move).

Goal: smaller.
