Somewhere a little north of 130

South of 135 (I weighed this morning, clothed, after a glass of Diet Coke)

I suspect 132ish, after three long work days eating little during the day, then eating much at night, which probably averaged out to a fairly normal total.

This is my first day off of 6, and I intend to walk with running intervals today, as well as lift weights. This is a time when it is ok for me to be sore, and I'm going to make darn well sure I'm sore tomorrow.

131.8 after some serious bathroom business and a bath.

Walked 4 miles, ran 1 minute.

I'm not restricting my intake in any way today. Restricting doesn't happen when there is leftover palak paneer and lamb tikka masala and naan in the house.

Premier Weight

Daytime - 135.2. Ick. I wore black to the film.

I DID, however, go out and walk and run with Xander on Tuesday. We spent an hour out at the park, though some was working on leash manners and some was letting Xander play in the pond and do happy puppy zoomy circles around me. We ran for 3 minutes straight. I was only a titch sore the next few days :)

I only hope this weird spasm on the left side of my back isn't an early warning sign of a kidney infection?? It feels very strange.

And it's Easter, which means noms at WS's, and probably leftovers, which I will probably try to fully consume tonight so they're not tempting me tomorrow.

The bingeing continues. I weigh low 130s.

Now that my big roles in the film are taking care of and the weather is beautifully mild most days, my first priority is to get moving.
