But I have a nasty cold. It will have to wait a few days. Less than five weeks until the fall half marathon I registered for earlier this summer, and I am 98% untrained. What's the definition of insanity, again?
Hey I am a "glass 2 % full" kinda gal and i think you are heading in the right direction. Before you know it your muscles are gonna be like POW! The hardest part is just building that repetition in your workout routine, stay focused and you can totally do it. And if you need alittle something to feel better about your progress just take a gander at my new "workout" plan, i am pretty sure it was made for infants 3-6 months lol
