150.4

My impression is that while I was scaleless I nudged up into the low 150s then slipped back into the mid/ upper 140s when I did the low carb surge before the fall theater performance, and I've been creeping back up since then.

I've had afternoon weights of about 154 and morning weights of 150s-152s.

I'm trying to make my focus overcoming pain. I MUST gain strength before I can worry about numbers. That doesn't mean I'm not worrying about numbers, just that I'm trying not to make that the driving force behind my decisions :/
