Scratch That

171.8 today, which tipped me into <20 lb lost (19.6 now)

Cue wigging out.

I'm doing the usual "last supper" pigging out today... which didn't help the chest pain I've had for the last 3-4 days that I suppose is what people feel when they're calling something heartburn. It's not something I've ever had before, even with the h. pylori infection in the past and the reflux (urping up acid) when I've been on steroids. My digestive tract has had enough of me.

But I've bought protein and slim-fast powders and I'm going to be shaking it up for two or three meals a day next week (I will eat lunch at work because I've been making good choices with at least getting in fresh salad and fruit, and I have obliviously nosy coworkers who would interrogate me if I suddenly started skipping lunch).

And I'm reminding myself (set as a daily alarm on my phone) that "Hunger won't kill you."
