I'm still eating plenty... Perhaps all the puppy walks are boosting my calorie burn (and insulin sensitivity) more than I dared hope!
Alas, my main cue that this is Real Weight Loss is that my chest is shrinking. Cue body image fuckery.

I am somewhat bloated and uncomfortable after the sundae & burger. Possible culprits lately are possibly dairy (cottage cheese and now ice cream)?but my belly handles large quantities of milk just fine so lactose intolerance doesn't seem logical. Apart from these few incidents though, my tummy is much, much happier than it has been in a long time. I'm not motivated enough to do specific food trials to see what might be the problem atm though. Job, theater, and puppy are taking up all my energy.

you lost 3.5" off your waist. that is a lot honey a LOT - hopefully, one day you'll be able to see it. <3
i'm lacto intolerant. my body handles pure milk just fine. any semi-liquid dairy (i.e. ice-cream, yoghurt, cottage cheese) really ruins me. and it's very moody with solid dairy.
i get so happy when i see mac n' cheese.
i will kill for an Amy's soy mac n cheese (best mac n' cheese on the fucking planet). ugh. i want.
