I almost didn't eat dinner last night. My life is hell right now and the first impulse is not to take care of myself, to let the hunger distract from everything else.
I reminded myself that if I don't honor my hunger, I'm totally missing the point of the low carb stuff. That restricting never leads anywhere good. I ate before I went to sleep. I ate again when I got up. It was hard, but I did it, and I will keep doing it.

For a moment I thought, "I'm having too much." Then I realized I'm supposedly allowing myself 100 grams a day, and I have been dramatically below that for 8 out of 9 days so far. I need to calm down. It is ok to eat.
