August weight 139. Truly frightening.
I took 3 Senokot last night and started today with coffee on an empty stomach and FINALLY had some success.
I really want to be doing low carb rn but it requires more effort than I currently have the energy for.
Hopefully in September.
For now I need to increase the fiber and stop the fricking emotional eating.
And start lifting. Also will probably be September.
