I wanted to run again today, but my right foot is sore in a "that will turn into plantar fasciitis if you don't take care of it" sort of way.
On the other hand, I am virtually guaranteed not to run for the next four days because tomorrow would be a rest day and I work the next 3 days.
The hip is the same: hurts like a mother while I'm running but is no worse/maybe a little better starting the next day.
Decisions.

Update: I had a scalding hot bath and now I'm stretching and foam rolling and all that good stuff. I think I will rest today and run tomorrow then whirlpool at the Y, though I may call ahead to make sure they have enough lifeguards again.
