Running through the pain, in this case, was ok. I had a few hours of "OH CRAP THIS WAS A BAD IDEA" after sitting wrong yesterday afternoon, but today is a lot less painful, though my muscles are definitely tightening up.
I will need to take it slow, lots of rest days and cross training. No injuries allowed.
I'm trying to get to the Y to swim, but I honestly don't know what the pool hours/schedules are for the weekend, and thus far that has required more energy than I have to spare.
