Update: I went back to sleep for a few hours after the Diet Coke & muffin, and weighed again at 124.4.

YAY for kidneys! I think it's from getting rid of the swollen legs from yesterday's work.

I was thirsty all day yesterday, and I woke up with puffy hands. Then I ate way too much today.

Today was my off day.

Tomorrow I need to get back on it.  I don't want to keep restricting severely, but I am so close to goal I can taste it, and I turn 30 in one week. GW for my 30th birthday would be kind of a nice present to myself.

Back on the wagon tomorrow.

If I scan the tags on my post, it looks like I was a fairly steady 122 before the show (11/20) and I'm a fairly steady 125 now. I guess there are worse things.

I don't remember this morning's weight, which is totally bizarre. Tonight after a massive post-show waffle dinner at Denny's, I was 124.

Restaurant food. No point in trying to figure out calories. It was good. It was worth it.

Tomorrow will be more of the same, I'm sure.

My goal weight was just teasing me, apparently.

Later: I spent the day relaxing after the brutal work week (over 50 hours in 4 days) and mostly drank and peed. Wondering if this supports the long standing hours/fluid retention idea. Or maybe it was my massive post-work Burger King meal and my body working out all the salt. Either way, I feel a bit better.

I don't mind having a hungry day, but I wish I hadn't chosen the day before monthly weigh-in! If I puff up tonight (which I may well, as I'm contemplating more food) I'll call it 126, since that's what I am fully fed and hydrated right now.

I was 132.2 last Sunday, which means I lost 7.8 pounds in a week. I've never lost more than 7 in a week before.

I've also never lost more than 10 pounds in one month, and even if I don't lose any more I'm at 11.6 for October. 

Exactly 67 pounds lost. Have not seen this weight since I was 18.
