144.8 pounds total weight, 100 pounds lean body mass, body fat 31%. I have actually eaten twice today already, and I plan to eat at least twice more. I bought two donuts with my microwave dinners & veggies today, though I don't know if I'll be brave (stupid?) enough to eat them. One white fluff filled, one chocolate fluff filled, the best kind. They really know how to fill them here in Wealthy Suburb, it's like half a can of cake icing wrapped in a thin donut wrapper.
But I don't want a sugar crash and I don't want to screw up what I've got going on here. I will have at least one bite of each, and if I decide to throw out the rest, by God I'm going to destroy it. None of that "Well it's still clean in the bakery bag in the trash and I'm hungry again" crap.
