1 paper plate of retirement party goodies (2 mini muffins, 2 fruit tarts, a big wad of buffalo chicken dip with half a dozen crackers)
2 liters iced tea
1 liter diet cranberry soda
1/2-1 liter water
Bedtime weight: 128
