I started the day with half a Quest bar. I think I'll be limiting to one a day because of cost and the dangerously high fiber content, but I'll sample half of two different bars each day.
Then cottage cheese and buffalo chicken breast.
Then peanut butter and five Ritz crackers
Then a plate full of broccoli with butter and some plain chicken breast.
Are there carbs in rum? I'm about to find out, because I think I'm going to make an early night of it with spiced rum and Diet Coke. I did it last night, but I did it way too late and I didn't get up until 10 am. Or maybe just Benadryl and Diet Coke. I don't know.
I think I'll treat myself to a low-carb dessert fat bomb of peanut butter, coconut butter, and cream cheese all stirred together. It's orgasmic.
And I'm craving. Jonesing. Though my belly is full, my body knows the carbs are missing. Being able to eat other things helps.

I opted for Benadryl, so no rum tonight. I just want to fecking sleep so I can be up early and get things done tomorrow.
I made the dessert bomb, plus a sprinkle of cinnamon and a handful of chocolate chips (an extra 10 g carbs - no big deal). Unf.
Also had two mozzarella sticks (one tomato & basil, one jalapeno) and more chicken breast.

i ate two of those yesterday. i have to cut out Questies from my life. the fiber content is making it painful for me to go even with laxatives.

oh my God. are you adding coconut oil to it too? i find with a fat bomb, adding coconut oil is always a good idea though i'm not sure how coconut butter-like coconut oil is.
"Though my belly is full, my body knows the carbs are missing." doesn't it always happen? cut out one thing and it's like the body only needs that one thing that you cut. for me, that's always salt or proten.
i make a trail mix with almonds and cinnamon chips. it tastes like autumn.
