Maybe sodium from the pickle?
I never used to have wild weight changes like this.
Maybe PCOS and fluid retention issues?
Maybe my eating is that unstable.

I'll probably have a bowl of cran-raisin bran before I turn in. At least get some fiber into me.

your eating is not unstable. I think it really is more likely to be sodium from the pickle IF you haven't been having high sodium levels past few days - then again, I think most people are less sensitive to sodium than I am (I am less sensitive to eating more carbs than most people)...still, possible!

dude, that is not that bad at all. I don't think so anyway. damage could be way worse. I'm glad that you've eaten more than yesterday though <3 I was a bit worried!

Sodium can be a biatch, really. I swell up like balloon from the water retention.
