Day 2

I made it through the first week of May without my scale. I think I might make it a goal to get through the last week, too. So the 24th on.

Cheddar cajun turkey avocado omelet 8, 10 - wow that thing turned out a behemoth. 3 eggs and a whole avocado go a long way!

Holy crow, that keto pancake. It's more like a really thick crepe plus the almond meal texture, but it was very good. I used Rae's recipe with less water (it looked really runny) and a dash of cinnamon, and put on cream cheese and low-sugar strawberry jelly. SO GOOD. Will do again, worth experimenting with different things. And my house smells fabulous because of the toasty cinnamon. Next time I'll try a dash of vanilla extract, too.
