  1. my endometrium is about to rupture - i too am expecting my period. today actually.
    oh my God i think i just experienced the very first period in which i gain water weight in...or i ate too much sodium yesterday (makes no sense because you're always depleted of salt when you're just adjusting to keto.) hopefully, this is the last time i 'adjust'.
    2 miles. i wouldn't walk 2 miles if there was a pot of gold waiting for me on the other side.
    you have to take a picture of this orgasm in a bowl now. looks like it has a great dose of fibre. probably from the peanuts if i had to guess.

    with cream cheese in between. yes. i wrapped turkey around an entire cucumber and ate it. with cream cheese in between. it is one of my favourite things to eat. it's very low in calories.
    i ran out of turkey so i probably wouldn't be having anymore for some time now. cries.

    i think if you stall in weight loss for a while, then do start counting again. see where you are, and then cut it back down.

    before ED, i had very irregular periods, but nothing that was too bad. i thought most people had irregular periods. i go 3-4 months a stretch without any periods sort of thing.
    definitely. if things don't settle down, i'd definitely be vouching for a pill swap.
    we're Arabs - we all show gratitude and affection with food. xD especially my mothers. there's always my grandmother on my Father's side. even if i'm visiting for literally 5 minutes, she'd try to stuff me with as much food as possible. and you can't say no because grandmother.
    yes i'm famous for my notes. some people know my notes but they've never seen me personally.
    "My O in a bowl really just looks like white and brown mush :P It doesn't taste like mush though." i get that. oh my god do i get that. as long as it tastes good who cares how it looks like
