It was international no diet day. So I can pretend it was on purpose, right? (final)

K took me out for dinner for Nurse's Day. I chose the restaurant, a huge Asian-American buffet that has a lot of yummy protein items. I had 2 plates of protein-only items. Then a third of all carbs and dessert things. Sigh.

Then leftover brownies at home for good measure.

Est 400 g carbs.

BUT. I have not weighed myself.

And tomorrow is a new day. I had a bad day. It was one day. Tomorrow is new.

    i'm sure you did not eat 400g of carbs if it helps a bit. if i ate chocolate all day long (500g of a chocolate bunny), like i used to mono on, i'd be consuming 275g carbs. shhhhhhhhh.

    keep that attitude up, honey.
    i'm writing this eating nearly 800 calories of food. however, about like 6g of carbs so far. i can even eat something moderately carb-y (like a slice of bread) and stay under 30g of carbs. however, after the mess i made in the kitchen, i'm afraid to go downstairs to make anything without being yelled at :P
    tomorrow is a new day.
    FYI: i suck at not weighing myself. my sister leaves my scale out. she goes to school and i sneak in weigh-ins. bad Sam.
