No Weigh May: 3 days scale-free

I finally got my second order of Girl Scout Cookies from Possum, and have been nomming them like crazy. My stomach is very, very angry at me for doing this to it.

I spent what little energy I could drum up today clothes shopping since Goodwill (thrift stores) had their 50% off everything sale today. Tomorrow I will stock up on lots of fatty and proteiny and fibery foods. Perhaps tomorrow will be day 1? That will start the official 10-week countdown to my Chicago trip.

Tomorrow? Yes. Tomorrow. Low carb.

  1. as a reply to your comment on my blog:
i was a vegetarian. but i'm not anymore. like...i've not been a vegetarian for .5-1 years (you don't read enough of Sam's blog. bad Tempest).
speaking of not reading enough from Sam's blog, i can no longer ingest dairy (suddenly developed lactose intolerance). the "vegan" experiment was just because meat is also linked with my skin disease. fuck skin diseases. i want my bloody meat.
i see what you mean by adjustment period.
my sister went to school so i sneaked a peak at the scale (it's in her room). fuck. i lost weight eating 1757 (maintenance) and 2400 (way above maintenance). i fucking love this.
i'm cutting carbs a bit more. from 100g to something like 50. i'm trying to aim for lower. want ketosis.
happily, so far, i'm really not interested in carbohydrates. like...not craving them at all. i am disgusted at the sight of them (hopefully, it stays like this). but i am craving sausages.
yes. month is still young. i now know that low carb works for me, and yes, i'm bloated but i guess it'll even out. no more scales for Sam.
LOW CARB NO WEIGH MAY BUDDY (well, when i get my shit together, i won't weigh in. promise. :D)
today is my official day one as well (it's May the 4th). I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS.

  2. ah. see, where i read vagetarian, i did not think it was an actual word and just immediately converted it to vegetarian. shame on me. i just looked up vagetarian...help.
nah. i did not cut out dairy due to skin problems. i cut out dairy due to a sudden lactose intolerance. the meat was cut out for the skin problem [but then i realised fuck all].
    YES. HS. you're brilliant.
