Sorry but would you mind telling me what the numbers stand for? Especially the bracketed ones. I'm assuming it stands for calories and carbs?

DeleteThe numbers in brackets/parentheses are progressive totals so I can keep in mind where I'm at for the day.
I update each day's post as I eat to help me track, and when the day is done I add (final) in the title to show that I won't be changing it any more.
