A little high, but I was trying to handle cravings with what little food I have left in the house... Grocery shopping tomorrow.

    microwave dinners are seriously so high carb. 90% of them. why

  2. Sorry but would you mind telling me what the numbers stand for? Especially the bracketed ones. I'm assuming it stands for calories and carbs?

    1. The numbers are net carbs (total carbs minus fiber) and fiber
      The numbers in brackets/parentheses are progressive totals so I can keep in mind where I'm at for the day.
      I update each day's post as I eat to help me track, and when the day is done I add (final) in the title to show that I won't be changing it any more.
