ReplyDeleteotherwise, you've got a pretty solid number. that's better than a fluctuation down in the 120s and back. though it feels that way some times to you probably.
the slower you get there, the more "set" the number is. don't forget that.
i can lose all of this weight pretty quick - get down to 132 in a week, but then i constantly put it back on because i'm not consistent enough to see results.

you're great, you.

i am also excited about June starting. it's like the day straight after my last exam so i feel like it's a new month, and the start of summer. it feels so powerful.
ReplyDeleteJune makes me want to go all out as well! it should be quite good to see how i'd fare with losing weight after all that college stress is done with. honestly, i think i do better with weight loss when i am not attending college despite the fact that it's the opposite for most people (i.e. college makes them able to skip meals and whatnot). not for me. i feel like i need the food as a brain power sort of thing.
"Aw, that actually doesn't sound bad for an off-the-diet day. Those candy bars are all so petite! In any case, tomorrow is a new day." this made me feel a lot better. i needed to hear this :)
