Slowly, surely.

I was starting to get discouraged, but as I stop being a low carb human garbage disposal, my waist has started to shrink. Little by little.

I'm normally more into real cheeses, not just American, but I keep buying cheese and not eating it fast enough and it molds. So for now, American, as it comes in single-wrapped slices and stays unspoiled longer.

I'm making some chicken  chili and I sliced a finger on a can lid :( I don't think I need stitches, but the cut, the bleeding, washing the cut, and trying to pull it open so I could tell how deep it is kinda took away my appetite. Not sure if I'll eat any tonight.

Bought some Ketostix and I'm positive for urine ketones, so I'm on the right track. It may also be responsible for my nausea that started yesterday :/
