I'm having trouble with cramps in my calves and arms, I'm exhausted, and I'm a weird mix of stressed/happy. The result is that I've treated myself to several higher carb items today, including mixing a tablespoon of real brown sugar into my cocoa cream. My total is still ok-ish, so I'll worry about getting back on my feet tomorrow.

    besides, i think that if you're expecting the period, you should treat yourself (that's what i'm getting from this post anyway). also, that's not a bad number to end off the night with. ;)

    i don't know about you but when i'm expecting period, my metabolism goes through the roof. if that's the case with you, i'm sure that you need a bit more than you think you do. cheers xxx
